Role responsibilities:
- Managing our client experience from your first interaction.
- Client onboarding and administration.
- Negotiate and close contracts with a strong working knowledge of key contractual provisions – Clients and suppliers.
- Supplier management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue or work more efficiently.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with the new business and client services teams.
- Overseeing the daily operation of the office, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
- Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
- Daily set-up of the office, organising client lunches and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and manage the company’s events in conjunction with the Brand team.
Skills and knowledge:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role or one containing similar experience.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Authoritative, which is how you carry both yourself and your message within the organisation and when client-facing.
- Able to lead persuasive negotiations with strong influencing skills
- Experience in relationship-building
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a drive to complete tasks to a very high standard.
