Sales Director
As Growth Executive you will sit within the Lead Generation department and be responsible for supplying the Sales team with new opportunities to assist the company’s growth and focus on gaining new business for the organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will follow the company outreach process as set out by the CIO and Sales Director.
- Booking introduction meetings – Identifying relevant prospects and arranging meetings.
- Promote our services through your own LinkedIn channels by posting regular Digital Marketing related content.
- As Growth Executive, you are required to achieve specific KPIs which will be agreed with you each month:
- Booking meetings (5 per month minimum)
- E-mails
- Calls
- Books
- Scrolls
- Face Cards
- You will work closely with the Brand and Marketing team to help achieve your targets, by ensuring we are utilising tools such as Lead Forensics, HubSpot, and Cognism. Setting tasks for the Marketing team to post out by hand.
- A key part of this role will be following up with calls after prospects have received the marketing material.
You are required to be in the office one day per week. Monday is the set Sales team day, but if that day is missed you will be required to attend another day that week.

- Communication – You should have excellent communication skills and telephone manner to be able to speak with clients and potential prospects.
- Motivation – You should be extremely self-motivated in order to continuously be proactive in following up on leads.
- Spelling and Grammar should be exceptional.
- Time management and Punctuality- it is important to be able to manage your own workflow and be on time with deadlines as well as working hours.
- Confidence – This role requires confidence in liaising with potential and current clients and being able to discuss the most suitable service package for them.
- Relationship building – You should be skilled in quickly building rapport with clients to maintain a professional working relationship with them.
- Attitude – Being part of the sales team requires a positive can-do attitude at all times.
