Our Team Is Growing!

Some say that three is a magic number, and we think they may be right. We’ve recently welcomed Cicely, Kara and Ronnie to Embryo and we couldn’t be happier with their work performance and ethos. It’s therefore time we introduced them to the rest of the world, to show everyone how wonderful they really are!

Cicely, our new Operations Manager, is the self-professed ‘Monica Geller’ of the team. She’ll be bringing in new processes to ensure an effective client experience from on-boarding all the way through to business productivity. When she’s not helping run the show and hyping up the team for the week, you’ll find her skiing or having fun at the gym.

Why I Chose To Work At Embryo:

‘’When I first met the team at Embryo prior to starting my new role, I was immediately welcomed with friendly faces which was really comforting. It also clearly stood out to me how much the team and Ross were so clued up about every single thing that was happening day-to-day in the business. The professionalism and team enthusiasm was really lovely to see. It didn’t take me long to think ‘yep I want to be a part of this’ and now in my first month, I am really enjoying getting to know everyone and helping out as much as possible.’’

What I’m Looking Forward To About It:

‘’I am mostly looking forward to really pushing to have all of the day-to-day processes running as smoothly as possible for everyone and getting Embryo out there in Manchester! I want Team Embryo to be all over the scene for 2019!’’

What I Hope To Gain From The Job:

‘’I hope to add to the already-strong team that we have and push towards making Embryo the go-to marketing agency in the city. We have so many exciting plans month on month coming up… Manchester, keep your eyes peeled!’’

Kara, our new Content Executive loves creating content that’s meaningful, engaging and genuinely makes a difference to her clients’ businesses. Whether it’s a blog post or landing page, she’ll be using her already advanced skillset to write copy that appeals to a vast range of audiences. When she’s not writing for Embryo, you can find her baking, or watching the latest films at the cinema.

Why I Chose To Work At Embryo:

‘’I wanted to work at Embryo because I could tell how positive and supportive the team is, and how every day would be different. I can tell from my client list how much I’ll learn about different industries, therefore improving my writing skills in the process.’’

What I’m Looking Forward To About It:

‘’I’m looking forward to getting to know my clients and writing great content for them. I’m excited to learn as much as I can from everyone at Embryo and expand my knowledge and skills.’’

What I Hope To Gain From The Job:

‘’The tools that will enable me to be one of the best writers that Embryo have ever seen!’’

Ronnie, our new Social Media Executive is responsible for managing our clients’ social media accounts and their creative campaigns. When he’s not on that, he’s making sure our Instagram is plastered with our office dogs, Benson, Bella and Bromley!

Why I Chose To Work At Embryo:

‘’My main reason behind wanting to work for Embryo was James Welch, our director. James has been a mentor of mine for a couple of years and helped me to set up a few businesses in the past, so when I was seeking a new challenge in the agency life after moving to Manchester, he pointed me in the direction of Embryo! At the same time, Embryo is home to a few furry friends, which always helps!’’

What I’m Looking Forward To About It:

‘’Coming here from The Social Chain, I was on the hunt for somewhere that promotes creativity and personal growth, and Embryo seems like the perfect fit for me.’’

What I Hope To Gain From The Job:

‘’One of the dogs.’’

We love how #teamembryo is shaping up!
