Voicescape empower public service organisations and social landlords to connect with their communities, drive efficiencies and maximise revenue. In search of a strategic content partner with proven SaaS experience, their Head of Marketing approached us to help refine and deliver their content strategy. 

Their primary objective was to boost brand visibility and generate greater awareness of their bespoke technology solutions within the traditionally analogue social housing market. Ultimately, they wanted to cement their position as the engagement solution of choice.

Decision-makers within social housing and local government aren’t typically searching for digital-first solutions. Our marketing strategy therefore required a highly proactive approach. We set out to build a consistent tone of voice and craft educational content to help prospects clearly connect their operational challenges to Voicescape’s solutions.

Evolving with the brand.

Starting with their flagship product, Voicescape Collections, the strategy was designed to position the brand as the definitive authority in the market. As their internal marketing capabilities expanded and their market position changed over our five-year partnership, we actively evolved our strategy. We shifted to provide more top-level guidance, ensuring our support always aligned with their growing goals.

Our content marketing team got to work developing an array of assets – including whitepapers, case studies, blogs and email sequences – to introduce Voicescape to their key target sectors and establish thought leadership. As their in-house marketing and product teams grew, we adapted our support to also include LinkedIn advertising training and event marketing assistance to maximise the impact of their wider campaigns.

End-to-end B2B product marketing.

As our partnership progressed, we spearheaded the go-to-market content for Voicescape’s brand-new innovation, Agreements Manager. This involved developing the initial messaging, building out nurture campaigns, and creating technical blog posts and sales assets designed to engage both current users and new prospects.

Over our five-year collaboration, Voicescape have taken up an enviable leading market position. Our content strategy not only drove exceptional brand credibility but also directly contributed to impressive commercial growth.
