The Brief

A straightforward purchasing process

Following a rebrand, Green Pantry tasked us with creating a new website that reflected its new premium brand ethos, whilst also making it easy for users to navigate and make purchases. Key goals for the project were to:

  • Align the website with the new branding
  • Showcase the expertise and trust of the brand
  • Help grow online sales with an easy purchase and subscription process
  • A functioning and fast-loading site that still incorporated quality design

Our Approach

Developing premium design and fast performance

Our development team worked closely with Green Pantry on a thorough brief and reviewed the sitemap and navigation to ensure we were creating a website that met their goals. A big part of Green Pantry is their USP of health benefits to pets, therefore we knew we needed to showcase that throughout the site.

To also demonstrate Green Pantry’s expertise and the consumer’s trust in the brand, we integrated Trustpilot reviews into the site. These reviews and USPs were all a driving force in encouraging users to convert. We then paired these features with clear options to ‘add to cart’ and ‘subscribe and save’, again both CTAs to help increase online sales and making it easier for users to be customers.

As part of the website project we also worked with Green Pantry to add new product pages, helpful guides and a feeding calculator so users know how much food they need for their pets.

Overall we delivered a website that gave Green Pantry users the ‘wow factor’ and demonstrated that they were buying a premium product from a brand they could trust. We also integrated their email marketing platform into the website so that users could sign up for email communications and Green Pantry could grow their memberships.
