Senior/Lead Paid Social Manager

Head of Paid MediaAs a Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll lead the strategic direction and delivery of some of our largest and most complex paid social accounts. You’ll operate as a senior, trusted advisor to clients, owning performance, shaping strategy and setting the standard for excellence across Paid Social.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and more, with clear accountability for performance against KPIs including ROAS, MER, CPA and COS.
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, confidently leading strategic conversations, performance reviews and long term planning.
- Set strategic direction through deep audience insight, competitor analysis and platform expertise, ensuring campaigns are innovative, effective and scalable.
- Partner with the Head of Paid Media to shape and grow our ecommerce offering – introducing new tools, processes and features to improve performance, feed management and ecommerce tracking, while supporting new business growth.
- Work cross functionally to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns, influencing wider strategy beyond Paid Social.
- Take commercial ownership of ecommerce and lead gen accounts, ensuring profitability, identifying efficiencies and balancing performance with delivery.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Paid Social team, raising capability, setting best practice and driving consistent delivery standards across the team.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, test new platform features and emerging trends and explore the use of AI-driven insights to improve performance.
Skills and experience
- A highly experienced Senior Paid Social Manager or Paid Social Lead, comfortable operating at a strategic and commercial level.
- Proven expertise managing large scale ecommerce paid social accounts.
- Deep platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest (LinkedIn a bonus).
- Strong analytical capability, using multiple data sources to shape strategy and decision making.
- Confident, credible client facing communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, organised and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
