Head of Paid Social
Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days in the Manchester office per week
Salary banding: £41k – £45k per annum
As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll lead strategy and delivery for some of our largest and most complex paid social accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving performance, fostering strong relationships and ensuring campaigns meet and exceed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and more, optimising to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, MER, CPA, and COS.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, confidently presenting plans, results and recommendations.
- Lead on audience research, competitor analysis and platform best practice, ensuring innovative, high-impact campaigns.
- Work with the Head of Paid Social to grow our ecommerce offering by introducing new tools, processes and features to boost performance, attract new clients and improve feed management and ecommerce tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams, particularly on integrated and multi-channel accounts, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Ensure profitability within ecommerce and lead gen offerings, working closely with leadership to identify efficiencies and improvements.
- Mentor and develop Paid Social Executives, contributing to team knowledge, processes and performance.
- Spot opportunities for growth, test new features and trends and explore AI-driven insights.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven expertise managing large-scale ecommerce paid social accounts.
- Proficiency in campaign management and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest (LinkedIn a bonus).
- Strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources to guide strategy.
- Confident communicator with exceptional client-facing skills.
- Organised, commercially aware and proactive in solving challenges.
