Native Communities
Building search real estate with a multi-channel approach
About & our approach
Native Residential Group is one of the fastest-growing build-to-rent operators in the UK. They came to Embryo in April 2022 looking to invest in a PPC campaign for one of their properties. Our work and success quickly led to them investing in Embryo running multiple channels to market their property portfolio.
To achieve Native’s objectives we needed to target two audiences:
- Those looking for apartments to drive bookings and leases
- Those in the cities where Native properties are located to drive awareness
By focusing on these two audiences we could target users at multiple stages of the buyer journey. This is why we chose a multi-channel (paid and organic) strategy to drive results.
