We’re looking for a versatile Social Media & Content Creator to lead client campaigns from concept to execution. This role merges creative content creation with strategic client management, requiring a balance of artistic flair, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills. You’ll craft compelling social content, manage client accounts, and drive ROI through innovative social commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management
- Develop platform-specific content calendars (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Pinterest boards).
- Produce high-quality multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Write engaging copy tailored to brand voices and platform algorithms.
- Stay ahead of social trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh.
- Conceptualise and execute creative content, elevating client campaigns and driving significant boost in audience engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end content production, ensuring visuals and narratives aligned with client brand identities and desired target audiences.
Client Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Conduct strategy sessions to define KPIs (sales, engagement, follower growth).
- Deliver monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate on campaign expansions.
Social Media Strategy
- Design data-driven strategies integrating shoppable posts, influencer partnerships, and UGC.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and paid media teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Audit competitors and recommend innovative tactics to differentiate clients.
- Craft trend-savvy content strategies, leveraging viral trends to amplify brand relevance and engagement.
Community and Analytics
- Foster community engagement through thoughtful interactions, proactive comment management, and building meaningful connections with audiences.
- Moderate comments, DMs, and reviews, fostering authentic audience connections.
- Track KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Dash Hudson.
- Optimise content based on real-time analytics and A/B testing.
Skills:
- 3+ years in social media management and content creation, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
- Expertise in Instagram/TikTok trends, social commerce tools (e.g., Shopify integration), and analytics platforms.
- Client-facing experience with a knack for translating complex data into digestible insights.
- Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
