Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days in the Manchester office per week
Salary banding: £30k – £35k per annum, plus performance based bonus
As Growth Manager, you will play a key role within the Sales team, taking ownership of driving high-quality opportunities into the business. With a strong understanding of digital media marketing channels, you will lead from the front managing the pipeline, developing relationships and delivering impactful proposals in collaboration with channel specialists.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing and Qualification: Identify and nurture high-value prospects through proactive outreach, inbound interest and industry research.
- Pipeline Management: Own and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closed opportunity, ensuring data is accurate and up to date in our CRM.
- Proposal Development: Work closely with channel experts to create compelling, insight-led proposals tailored to each prospect’s objectives and marketing challenges.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with prospects and clients, positioning the agency as a go-to partner.
- Networking and Events: Represent the business at relevant events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to grow your contact base and create new lead opportunities.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the Brand and Marketing team to identify content and campaign opportunities that support your outreach efforts.
- Thought Leadership: Use LinkedIn and industry platforms to share relevant content and insights, elevating both your personal brand and the agency’s visibility.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline health, performance against KPIs, and future opportunities to the Board .
Skills:
- 2-3 years experience working in a similar, commercially focused role.
- You will demonstrate our Company values in your day to day interactions with team members and clients.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels and landscape.
- Ability to understand a prospect’s business needs and align our solutions with their goals and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Able to hold your own in meetings with senior stakeholders and represent the agency with credibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport quickly and nurture it over time.
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once, prioritising effectively and maintaining a clear overview of your pipeline.
- Driven, proactive, and always looking for new ways to open doors and convert opportunities.
- Experience of using CRM and sales tools.
