Since launching in 2000, the company has become the market leader in their industry, representing clients in most dental negligence claims in the UK.

THE BRIEF

The Dental Law Partnership were looking for digital marketing services that would increase their market share, and further establish themselves as the leading dental negligence solicitor in the UK.

    To do this, they wanted to invest in paid and organic channels to achieve the following objectives:

Our SEO and Content strategy focused on three key areas:

PAID SEARCH STRATEGY

We launched lead generation campaigns on Google and Bing and utilised UTM and offline conversion tracking to continuously assess and improve lead quality. We moved to a cost-per-accepted-lead model, rather than reporting solely on enquiries, which enabled us to work closely with the client to drive costs down and quality up.

We also analysed and optimised the Dental Law landing pages, adding keywords to improve quality scores and enhance user experience. We also built new PPC only landing pages with a much higher conversion rate.

Paid Social

Our paid social team targeted users across Meta to drive awareness and conversions.

Instagram and Facebook ads worked in conjunction with the organic and PPC campaigns to retarget users who had already searched for dental negligence support, as well as to drive awareness of the services DLP offer to a brand new audience, who didn’t know that they were suitable to make a claim.

We reviewed ad creative, and produced more engaging assets that improved ad performance significantly.
